Beyond Tyra Banks‘ iconic modelling career, the style icon has proven her gravitas as a media mogul.
Now on its 21st cycle in the US, her ‘America’s Next Top Model’ franchise continues to boom; the format has been sold and adapted in many other countries and has Banks making major bank as its creator. What’s more, as reported, the stunner is prepping a return to the talk circuit for a panel-based show next year.
The latter is particularly interesting because new reports are suggesting that the star is in talks to take up a role on E!‘s flagship panel show, ‘Fashion Police’.
Details below…
The hit series has been on hiatus since September following the passing of its anchor Joan Rivers.
In the time after, many names have been touted as potential new additions to the panel ahead of the show’s January 2015 return. Those names have included Kathy Griffin and NeNe Leakes.
However, it appears Tyra could be in the main star in line for the open spot.
The Wrap reports that producers are very interested in securing her in either a full-time or recurring capacity.

We like this!
If one thing has become apparent over the last decade it’s that Tyra not only makes great TV, she makes for great TV too. Therefore, when paired with her obvious fashion cred, the prospect of her joining the show is uber exciting.
