‘Hey Arnold’ has been rebooted by Nickelodeon.
Why?
Music to many a 90s baby’s ears below…
The animated series first impacted the world of television on October 7th 1996 and told the tale of a fourth grader named Arnold and the adventures he embarks on with his friends Gerald and Helga.
In 2017, following the show’s cancellation on June 8th 2004, Nickelodeon will revive its characters to deliver a two-hour movie special named ‘Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie.’
Penned by its original creator Craig Bartlett, the project will see 19 of the show’s original voice actors reprise their roles.
Its storyline?
The movie’s storyline picks up from where the original series ended in 2004 and will resolve unanswered questions and plotlines–including Arnold finally getting answers about the whereabouts of his missing parents.
