Mo’Nique raised eyebrows yesterday when calling for fans and fellow entertainers to boycott Netflix.
As reported, the comedienne went public with her rally over what she feels to be race and gender bias exercised by the company during negotiations for a comedy special.
A mixed bag of responses greeted her demand, but undeterred she expanded on her stance in a new interview with Sway In The Morning on Shade45.
During the intriguing chat, she goes into deep detail about the exchange between her camp and the streaming giant. She also tied the narrative into her much-publisized falling out with Oprah, Tyler Perry, and Lee Daniels.

Echoing earlier sentiments, we still feel she’s going about this the wrong way. But, at the same time, we feel her intent is partially rooted in the right place. Just the wrong execution.
