While catching up with her ‘Girls Trip’ co-star Jada Pinkett-Smith on her Facebook Watch series ‘Red Table Talk,’ Haddish confessed that she was ready to jump back into the dating pool.
“I would like to date. I really don’t have a lot of time for it, but when somebody asks me out on a date that I’m interested in and like hanging out with, I will clear the schedule. I will make some time.”
As one of the leading ladies in Drizzy’s ‘Nice For What’ visual, the two began texting and eventually dinner plans became the subject. Unfortunately, those plans did not come to fruition as Aubrey flaked on their evening reservations.
‘Then I’m like, ‘So what time are you heading out? Are you sending a car, like where we going?’” she recalled in the interview. “And he’s like, ‘Oh man, my bad, family emergency. I’m in Canada right now.’ And I was like, ‘OK! OK!’
Haddish stated the reason she chose to clear her schedule for the rapper. “I could have made $100,000 today, but I was trying to see what that D do. But all right!”
