By way of The Breakfast Club, Charlamagne Tha God has become a cornerstone of Black pop culture.
And while he’s more than made a name for himself, he’s consistently given props to Wendy Williams for giving him his start back in her radio days.
However, as of 2010, the pair have been estranged – a reality Charlamagne has long blamed on Williams’ soon-to-be ex-husband Kevin Hunter. A man he insists has a sinister vendetta against him.
Now, after almost a decade, Hunter’s excommunication has reunited the former radio team.
Details below…
Williams made the revelation – to rapturous applause – on her talkshow today.
We love a reunion, especially given the pair’s history and all that’s currently happening.
In the meanwhile, Charla isn’t taking his foot off of Hunter (who fathered a child out of wedlock and allegedly has been muddying his name in the media streets). His latest lashing on The Breakfast Club:
Kelvin Hunter is getting what he deserves for what he has done. In the words of Ms. Wendy “ain’’t no good gonna come to you”?
There was nothing to mend between them. The problem was between Kevin and Charlamagne. He never spoke ill about Wendy.

Hot, 97////shouldhave fired her for, disrespecting Whitney Houston. How a pee.on like her have a career on radio. It was rumored bet fired106 and park for !aling fun of Beyonce daughter. Why didn’t they fire her.
She was WBLS during that Whitney interview and honestly Wendy was killing the ratings and they knew Wendy’s brand for being messy as long as she bringing the listeners that is all that matters. As for 106 and Park at that time the hey days of 106 and Park were long gone and it was on its way out. Wendy left radio on top and transitioned to TV.
Am i the only one that has noticed that after Wendy dropped that BOSS move none of the people talking trash about her this whole era are not commenting or congratulating her on here?
Sad to see that negative news gets hundreds of comments, but good news is largely ignored in the comments
