The camera-friendly couple have welcomed their fourth child, a baby boy.

The news came courtesy of mom Kim, who tweeted “he’s here and he’s perfect!”
The Wests have been open about using surrogates, following the challenging health effects Kim’s first two pregnancies (with North West and Saint West) caused.
As such, for this child and preceding daughter – Chicago West – help was sought.
Congratulations to them.
I never thought a child being born would upset me. It just seems as if Kanye’s well-being is being overlooked for a personal goal to be a mother of a certain amount of kids.
Can she not see the dad isn’t well enough to be the full parent he could be? Damn man…
