Speaking at the Television Critics Association panel this week, creator and star Issa Rae confirmed that the HBO hit will run for 10 episodes when it’s back in 2020.

It sees an additional 2 episodes added to the show’s usual 8-episode order.

Rae went on to confirm that filming commences in September.

As reported, the delay is simply due to the Golden Globe nominee’s increased workload.

Indeed, fresh from starring in Universal’s ‘Little,’ Rae is developing two new shows for HBO and is set to star in the film ‘The Photograph’ alongside LaKeith Stanfield.
