Netflix has unveiled its first trailer for the upcoming dance comedy, ‘Work It.’
Starring Sabrina Carpenter, Keiynan Lonsdale, Liza Koshy, Michelle Buteau Jordan Fisher, Drew Ray Tanner, and more, the film – produced by 15-time GRAMMY winner Alicia Keys’ A.K. Worldwide Productions, STXfilms and Alloy Entertainment – is set to sashay onto screens August 7.

“When Quinn Ackerman’s (Carpenter) admission to the college of her dreams depends on her performance at a dance competition, she forms a ragtag group of dancers to take on the best squad in school…now she just needs to learn how to dance.”

The pandering is unbearable in the moment one character is shown literally praying to Beyonce as a God. I didn’t have to watch anymore to know how desperate this movie is. I’ll stick with “Center Stage”, “Bring It On”, “Take the Lead” and “Save the Last Dance”.
