Expectedly, ‘My Killer Body,’ her latest foray into the TV genre, is proving no exception to the trend.

The singer-actress, who has been very vocal about her journey with the downside of cosmetic surgery over the years, is using the series ‘My Killer Body’ to shine a light on the emotional and physical toll malpractice in the industry is taking on unsuspecting patients.
Given the royal rollout following the arrival of Pop Queen Janet Jackson‘s highly anticipated, self-titled documentary Friday (January 28), the sneak peek premiere of ‘Killer’ proved to be a ratings killer.
Drawing in an impressive 1.03 million eyes upon its debut, the series ranked #1 on the ratings list among new cable shows of the day. Among all programs, it landed at #10.

As if that wasn’t enough to celebrated, once the show’s inaugural episode was officially unveiled on February 3 it racked up another 300,000 views. Together, the airings brought the ‘Killer’ premiere total to approximately 1.35 million.
‘My Killer Body with K. Michelle’ airs Thursdays at 9/8c only on Lifetime.

Stop trying to add both episodes together. The first episode had over a million viewers because it was shown immediately after Janet’s documentary. The second episode was only viewed by 300k. That’s a huge fall from the premiere episode. You tried it though
there is no “trying.” that’s how ratings work. you think janet actually had 15 million people watch her show at one time? no! they added all the ratings of the episode together.
Anyone familiar with Lady Jocelyn know the harmful effects of plastic surgery. Hell even TLC made a record about rejecting plastic surgery.
K. Michele is sharing her experience but she isn’t shedding light on an issue various women have spoken out against for decades.
Will K. Michele allow herself to age gracefully OR continue nipping & tucking despite what’s been said throughout the series.
All these muthafuggas wanna be pulpit pimps nowadays because it’s lucrative. True Tea is overwhelmed w/ this new found woke wave. I wanna see the “real” results. That’s the wave I’m waiting for.

Racism is ingrained within every fabric of society & affect those who are highly educated w/ normal self esteem.
Whereas the desire for plastic surgery affect mostly individuals who are extremely vain OR struggle with their own self image.
We can correct issues w/ the proper resources if they are “widely” available. That is the difference hun.

I love the show My Killer Body K. Michelle. I’m so glad these people are getting help from good doctors. My god these results on these people are horrendous. Hard to see.
