40 years after first bursting onto the Hollywood scene, entertainment legend Samuel L. Jackson is starring in his first TV series (as we previously reported).
At 73-years-young, the Academy Award-nominated star is portraying the titular character in the forthcoming Apple TV+ limited series ‘The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey.’
The six-part series, adapted from Walter Mosley‘s best-selling novel of the same name, sees Jackson bring to life the story of “an ailing man [suffering from dementia] who is forgotten by his family, by his friends, and by even himself.”
Ahead of its March 11 premiere, look inside for the gripping trailer.
‘Last Days’ also stars Dominique Fishback, Walton Goggins, Fishback, Cynthia Kaye McWilliams, Damon Gupton, Marsha Stephanie Blake, and Omar Miller.
