‘Married To Medicine’ has kept the temperature on TV hot for almost a decade.
And, per a new report, the Bravo hit will be looking to turn up the heat even more for its forthcoming tenth season.

According to THR, execs are readying “a big shake-up” for the series that will become apparent in the months ahead.
The news comes amid reports that former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Phaedra Parks – who is said to be engaged to a doctor – is in talks to join the show.
A source claims that Parks, who is a fan-favorite, was presented with the option of re-joining RHOA or onboarding ‘Medicine’ – and she allegedly opted to entertain the latter in light of the higher pay packet.
The latter may come as a surprise to many given that RHOA has long been seen as the “mothership” show. However, a point to consider is that it isn’t known in which capacity a Housewives return was presented. Indeed, if a supporting “Freind Of” role, it quickly becomes clear why a full-time gig on ‘Medicine’ would be more appealing.
In the event full-time roles on both shows were options, it’s possible said “shake up” on ‘Medicine’ could have brought with it a higher proposed sum for the reality veteran.
Time will inevitably tell what the changes on the show will look like. Especially as filming will reportedly commence soon.
