Gabrielle Union has joined the chorus of folk voicing support for Taraji P. Henson.
As reported, the Golden Globe winner broke down in tears during an interview on ‘The Color Purple’ press run.
Asked about murmurs of her mulling an exit from acting, Henson waxed candid about what she says is an unfair pay gap as a Black actress with decades of success under her belt.
Now, Union has joined the likes of Keke Palmer in weighing in.

Taking to Twitter (X), Union was unequivocal in her support of Henson and echoed her sentiments.
She wrote:
“Not a damn lie told. Not. A. Damn. Lie. We go TO BAT for the next generation and hell even our own generation and above. We don’t hesitate to be the change that we all need to see AND it takes a toll on your mind, health, soul, and career if we’re keepn it đŻ â¤ď¸ u @tarajiphenson”
