The ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise anchor has been sued by Asta Jonasson, who insists she was sexually assaulted by him in 2010.

Per the suit, Jonasson says she was hired by a production company to serve as the actor’s assistant while he filmed ‘Fast 5’ in Georgia.

While in his suite at the St. Regis in Atlanta, she alleges he was entertaining multiple women.

She says she was lumbered with the duty of helping the star leave the venue without alerting waiting photographers. However, she alleges Diesel forcibly grabbed her, groped her breast, and kissed her in the suite.

Jonasson claims that while she was able to wrestle him off her, he allegedly continued forcing himself onto her.

Per TMZ, the suit continues to unpack the alleged ordeal with allegations that Diesel then tried to lift her dress and take off her underwear. He’s accused of then pinning her against the wall, grabbing her hand, and placing it on his erect penis. Jonasson asserts that the star went on to pull down his underwear and started m*sturbating while still leaning on her. She says she closed her eyes to “dissociate” and get through the alleged assault.

Upon finishing, she says Diesel uttered the words “No one can say s**t about Asta” and left the suite.

It’s then claimed that the performer’s sister (who is the president of his production company) fired her over the phone – a move she believes was due to her resisting his advances.
As for why she kept silent on the matter for 14 years, Jonasson says she was fearful of Diesel’s clout in Hollywood and her immigration status as a foreigner.
According to the filling, she is suing Diesel, his sister, and the production company for sexual battery, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment.

Empowered by the #MeToo movement, she says she’s pursuing the claim thanks to California’s Speak Out Act — which permits victims to file sexual assault claims for alleged incidents dating back to 2009.

A similar amendment to the law in New York saw a wave of similar claims of historic sexual assault leveled against the likes of Diddy and more over the last month.
