Because, the comic will be taking center stage in a live-streamed standup special for Netflix.
Christened ‘Katt Williams: Woke Foke,’ the show is being touted with the tagline: anything can happen!
Set to stream live on Netflix from the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California, as part of the Netflix Is A Joke Fest, the special premieres May 4, 2024 at 7PM PDT/10PM EST.

More broadly, the Netflix is a Joke Comedy Fest takes place in Los Angeles from May 1-12 with a comedy marathon of over 400 shows across 35-plus venues.
