In a developing story, it is being reported that Atlanta radio staple Wanda Smith has died.

The host, notable for her anchoring stint on V103‘s Frank & Wanda Morning Show, is said to have passed away today (October 12).

As of writing, details are scarce. However, both Tamar Braxton and Loni Love took to social media to share their condolences.

Braxton wrote:

“Rest easy Wanda @wandasmithatl and her bday was yesterday 😪”

While Loni Love said:

“I am sad to hear about the passing of comedian and radio host Wanda Smith.. She was a staple in the Atlanta area and we came up in comedy together. She was the ultimate entertainer. Rest now Sis. Condolences to The Smith Family. 

Although she was more widely known for the Katt Williams radio incident .. Wanda was one of the early comicview comics that worked the Atlanta circuit.. she put other comics on and loved being an entertainer. Rest in peace.”
