Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have finally reached a divorce settlement almost a decade after splitting up.

The couple, who became romantically involved while shooting ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith,’ ended their two-year marriage over eight years ago -and they have been entangled in a contentious legal war ever since.
Indeed, for years it wasn’t easy to see an end in sight.
However, the power pair – who have six children together – signed off on their divorce on December 30.
A statement from Jolie’s team trumpeted the news:
“More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt. She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr. Pitt, and since that time she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family. This is just one part of a long ongoing process that started eight years ago. Frankly, Angelina is exhausted, but she is relieved this one part is over.”
No word yet from Pitt’s team.
