Katt Williams is renowned for saying his mind and doubling down on his stance.

However, in an interesting sea change, the comedian has expressed regret over jokes and jabs made at Michael Jackson.

Full story below…

Over the years, Williams has been unrelenting in his scathing remarks about the King of Pop.

Indeed, many of his standup comedy specials have seen him prod at MJ’s looks and life hurdles.

Yet, in a new sit-down interview at the Vulture Festival, the comic says he

“I shouldn’t have, honestly.

Some of these things are the reason the enemy lets you become famous is your ability to tear down your own kind. No matter how high they are.”

Continuing, he said:

“As a Black man, (I saw it as) if you don’t love yourself, you don’t love me. So, those were the jokes of a man that was hurt by an icon. The fact that years later Janet Jackson said she still loves me, despite the jokes I told about her brother, was probably one of the most magnificent things. Because I say a lot of hilarious sh*t, but it costs me every time.”
