‘Power‘ never ends.
Not even a month after fans of the STARZ franchise learned the last of its surviving spinoffs had been canceled, it’s been announced another lifeline to the crime drama’s story has been presented in the form of a new series.
STARZ has not one, but two ‘Power’ spinoffs in the works.
Beyond a previously announced edition that will tell the origin story of the OG ‘Power’ stars Ghost (Omari Hardwick) and Tommy (Joseph Sikora), the network has now confirmed they’re hard-at-work creating ‘Power: Legacy’ – an offshoot that will combine the story of Tommy and Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.).
Teased in the 2024-aired season finale of ‘Power Book II: Ghost,’ no details are available about ‘Legacy’ other than the expectation that Sikora and Rainey Jr. will reprise their respective roles in the ‘Power’ universe.
The crossover series is also expected to follow where ‘Power Book III: Force’ and ‘Ghost’ left off.
I love Tommy and his spinoff is the only one I’ve watched since the original Power ended. I can’t stand Little boy acting ass Tariq and I hate how they ruined Ghost character just for his so I don’t know if I will watch this show.
