When ‘Scary Movie’ returns for its confirmed revival in 2026, it will be bringing with it a number familiar faces.
And Regina Hall and Anna Faris are officially in the mix.

After years of calls from fans, Marlon Wayans trumpeted news of the return of franchise he created with his brother Shawn Wayans. He also confirmed that they are back at the helm too.
Slated for release on June 12, 2026, the film – which is the sixth in the series – marks the first time in 18 years that the brothers penned and starred in an original script for the restart of the horror comedy franchise.
Now, Marlon has taken to Instagram to share that Hall and Faris (both of whom starred in earlier films) are back.
Sharing a picture of them from the first film, he wrote:
