Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson made his presence felt at the Venice Film Festival 2025 in more ways than one.
The Hollywood titan was in attendance for the premiere of his hotly anticipated new movie, ‘The Smashing Machine,’ and turned heads with a noticeably thinner frame.
Indeed, social media erupted with ample chatter about Johnson’s look, given the transformation from his more muscular aesthetic.
And while there’s no denying the discourse that is ongoing about his look, equally noteworthy is the response ‘The Smashing Machine’ received at its inaugural screening.
Attendees gave the film a 15-minute (yes, 15-minute) standing ovation and left the 53-year-old in tears.
