Apple is shaking things up, and this time, it’s not a new gadget but a name drop. The tech giant announced that its streaming platform Apple TV+, is officially being rebranded as just Apple TV.

The update was tucked into a press release about ‘F1: The Movie’ hitting the platform on December 12, catching fans and analysts off guard.
While the global tech company hasn’t fully rolled out the branding change across its site, the move has already sparked discussion, given that it is also the name of its hardware device and app.
The refreshed service will continue streaming across over a billion screens globally, from iPhones to PlayStations, at $12.99 a month.
And with some of our favorite shows, such as ‘The Morning Show,’ will be tuned in.
