In a recent emotional podcast appearance, McCall broke down in tears while revealing he’s currently on EBT and unable to pay his $2,000 monthly child support.
The GRAMMY-nominated artist, who co-wrote and produced several of Chris Brown’s early hits, also claimed that his former label deal with Brown’s team was not valid, alleging he’s owed $3 million in unpaid royalties.
McCall shares a daughter, Marley Rae, with Eva Marcille. Their relationship has been publicly strained for years.
This video has sparked concern with fans reacting to McCall’s distress and claims of industry mistreatment.
Even Young Thug reached out with hopes of offering financial relief to the struggling artist.

I would compare his level of talent to Tank. Dude can sing. He has some good songs out there if you look for it.
That man was soooo fine! I didn’t know he wrote music for Chris but 3mill ain’t shyt to Chris pay that man!
Didn’t he abuse Eva or am I missing something? 🤔
He did. Domestic violence is treated like a right of passage by the men in hiphop and their enablers. There’s no accountability.
This man put himself in this situation just like Chris Brown did years ago as well with random violent outburst, abuse and complete narcissistic displays of control and anger toward the ones around him who should love him. When you google his history of crazy, you will understand how he got here. Chris is at least trying to fix his wrongdoings, this ni**a just keeps blaming everyone else.
I don’t know all of his history and I didn’t listen to the interview but if someone owes him money should he not be entitled to his money? I get he may not be a great person too but 2 things can be true at once right?
