In a surprise development, ‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ star Wendy Osefo has been arrested on criminal fraud charges alongside her husband, Eddie Osefo.

According to TMZ, The Osefos were arrested in Westminster, Maryland, last night (October 9).
Documents show that the RHOP star is facing 16 charges, including 7 felonies.
She has been charged with false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300.
Wendy is also facing one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer.
As of writing, it is not known what Eddie has been charged with.
The drama is the latest legal snafu for the cast of ‘Potomac.’
For, as widely reported, Karen Huger served seven months in prison for DUI and was released in September.
RHOP airs Sunday nights on Bravo at 8pm.
