NFL star Stefon Diggs is facing serious accusations from his ex-girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez, who has filed a new lawsuit alleging assault and coercion.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Hernandez claims Diggs punched her in the back of the head on June 7, 2024, an attack she says left her with a concussion. She also alleges the New England Patriots player tried to pressure her into signing an NDA to keep the incident hidden from the NFL and the public.
Hernandez is seeking up to $1 million in damages for emotional distress and medical costs.
Diggs, however, has denied the allegations, maintaining that Hernandez was the aggressor in a countersuit earlier this year.
This lawsuit surfaced just weeks after Diggs and Cardi B announced they’re expecting their first child together.
