Stefon Diggs is firing back, and he’s doing it in court.
The NFL star has slapped social media personality Christopher Blake Griffith with a defamation lawsuit after the influencer accused him of drugging, sexually assaulting, and plotting to kill him. Diggs says the allegations are nothing more than a sensationalized fiction crafted for clicks.

According to the suit, the two crossed paths in May 2023 during a night out after a charity basketball event.
Diggs says he ended the evening by heading to bed while his assistant escorted Griffith out. But more than two years later, Griffith resurfaced online with explosive accusations, tagging not just Diggs but also the NFL, the Patriots, and even one of Diggs’ major sponsors, saying that he tried to have him killed to:
“suppress his gay/bisexual secrets from being exposed.”
Diggs argues Griffith knowingly pushed lies about attending, forcing him to take legal action.
Griffith’s camp, however, maintains he is the real victim. With both sides digging in, this courtroom saga is gearing up to be anything but quiet.
