Netflix is stepping into live TV in a major way with the return of ‘Star Search.’

Hosted by Anthony Anderson, the reboot brings together a starry lineup, with Jelly Roll, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Chrissy Teigen on hosting duties. Contestants spanning music, comedy, dance, and magic will compete for the spotlight, following in the footsteps of alumni like Beyoncé, Britney Spears, and Dave Chappelle.
Adding a contemporary twist, viewers will vote in real time to decide who advances. Rolling out across five weeks, the series will air twice weekly before culminating a live finale.
‘Star Search’ is set to premiere live on Tuesday, January 20 at 9pm ET.
