The New England Patriots wideout appeared with counsel for the short hearing, after which attorney Mitchell Schuster told reporters the claims are “false,” he said:

“We’re confident that after the facts and evidence are reviewed in this case, he will be completely exonerated.”

According to the complaint, the chef alleges a dispute over pay escalated on December 2, 2025, leading to claims that Diggs struck her and attempted to restrain her by the neck. She reported the matter to the police on December 16 and cited redness on her chest, though no photos were submitted.

A pre-trial date is set for April 1. The court also ordered Diggs to have contact with the accuser as proceedings continue.
