Kelly Osbourne is speaking up and out after her appearance at the BRIT Awards 2026 trended for unfortunate reasons.
The host was on-hand with her mother, Sharon Osbourne, to accept the Lifetime Achievement Award for their patriarch, the late Ozzy Osbourne.
Social media timelines were dominated, however, by discourse about Kelly’s noticeably different appearance, with the lion’s share of the not-so-quiet digital whispers centering on her weight.

Continuing, Kelly wrote:

She can’t show up looking like this and expect no one to say anything. She needs to redirect her energy towards getting help and leave the fame and spotlight alone for now. I promise her that absolutely nobody is looking for her anyway. I’m not even sure why she’s famous.

Kelly made her career judging others on fashion police, Sharon judged hopefuls on the X Factor for years, participating in public bullying and shame. They made their decision re: weightloss drugs. As wealthy individuals, they can afford surgery and therapy…
