Lil Durk is back and getting more personal than ever with the introspective new single ‘Went Hollywood for a Year.’
Delivered courtesy of Alamo Records, the new tune sees the GRAMMY winner detail the ups and downs of his life over the last few years including confronting addiction, romantic woes, and more.
“I refuse to say I’m sorry, that’s how I was raised, I’m actually damaged,” he raps before relaying, “I went Hollywood for a year or two. I’m sorry, but I panicked.”
Accompanied by a Jerry Production-helmed music video, the clip features touching images from Father’s Day of the 31-year-old and his 10 children.
