As we reported here, August 29th brought with it an announcement from West’s wife, Kim Kardashian, his long-awaited ‘Jesus Is King’ album would drop September 27th (a date he later confirmed during one of his Sunday services). After the day came and went, the rapper/producer stayed mum on official release information – instead focusing on the project’s accompanying IMAX film (click here to read more on that).
Finally taking to social media earlier this week to confirm the new release date of ‘King’ as October 25th, Yeezy even sweetened the pot for fans by revealing its follow-up, ‘Jesus is Born,’ would be unveiled on Christmas day (click here for more on that).
Now, as the hour has come and gone for fans who live in Eastern and Central time zones, Twitter is blazing his social media with ridicule for yet another delay of the highly anticipated LP. See highlights inside:
