Kevin Bacon ate up his most recent cover. This time around, the acclaimed actor covered Beyonce‘s ‘Heated.’
Taking to social media, he shared his version of the ‘Renaissance’ track. The accompanying video for his cover showed him playing his guitar and being surrounded by goats.
He captioned the video, saying: “Hot day, hot song. The goats and I are feeling Heated, @Beyonce. Loving this track.”
This is not the first time that Bacon has covered a song from a popular artist. Previously, he did covers of ‘Late Night Talking’ by Harry Styles, ‘Good 4 U’ by Olivia Rodrigo, and ‘I Bet You Think About Me’ by Taylor Swift and Chris Stapleton.
The credits have rolled on the action-packed 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, which boasted many-a-memorable moment from blazing stage performances to technical hiccups, shocking on-stage antics, and more.
But, with all eyes on who took home which honor, did your favorite win any of the coveted Moonperson?
Good things continue to come in threes for Taylor Swift.
Already in award show history books for having nabbed the GRAMMY’s top honor, Album of the Year, three times over her career, Swift has accomplished a similar feat at the MTV VMAs.
When not turning heads in designer duds doing the aforementioned, she was busy breaking records – a feat her beloved fans, affectionately called #Barbz, certainly weren’t complaining about as that gave the 39-year-old even more screen time at the Minaj-heavy event.
After much ado and high anticipation, the LL Cool J & Nicki Minaj-hosted 2022 MTV Video Music Awards aired live from New Jersey’s Prudential Center on August 28.
As always, That Grape Juice provided you with the performances as they are occurring!

On the eve of what would have been his 64th birthday, this week’s From The Vault is dedicated to the incomparable Michael Jackson.
Today, we give you the uber-classic ‘The Way You Make Me Feel.’
The third single from Jackson’s 1987 third adult era effort ‘Bad,’ ‘Feel’ was written by MJ and co-produced with music maestro Quincy Jones.
Showing a flirtier side of Mike, it was met with critical as well as commercial success. Considered one of his signature songs, it peaked at #1 in the US and charted mainly within the top 10 and top 20 internationally.
Directed by Joe Pytka, the video for the tune is one of Pop culture’s most iconic and influential. Set in a vibrant neighborhood, it depicts MJ as a young suitor who is crushing hard on a beautiful love interest played by model Tatiana Thumbtzen. He serenades and playfully pursues her for the duration of the visual before he is joined by a few friends for a sensational silhouette-heavy dance break.
Sister LaToya Jackson makes an appearance as one of the love interest’s girlfriends.
The visual was nominated for Best Choreography at the 1988 MTV VMA’s but lost to sister Janet’s ‘Pleasure Principle.’
*******
Once again, Michael served the world with substantial art that would live on to inspire many.
Do we even need to name the songs or videos that wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for this very musical piece and its accompanying short film?
13 years after MJ’s passing, and while his absence is still felt, we can’t help but smile when we see how his work continues to connect with the TikTok generation.
Goes to show that greatness never ever dies. We thank you and we salute you, MJ!
