DJ Premier assembled a host of Hip-Hop heavyweights for his latest single ‘Ya Don’t Stop.’
Led by award-winning, chart-topping hitmakers Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, and Big Sean, ‘Stop’ comes as the latest in a string of star-studded songs dropped by Premier this year including the Snoop Dogg-assisted ‘Can U Dig It?,’ ‘In Moe‘ with Common, the Nas-led ‘Define My Name,’ and the Russ-enlisted ‘Work This Out.’
“Ducking the feds with a brick / Shots in the crowd like the players with the Knicks / Lean like LeBron, very rare that I miss / Cars by the sets, every pair that I pick,” raps Ross on ‘Stop’ before Sean gets started. “…we never satisfied, forever appetite / Jesus Christ, they don’t know nothing ’bout sacrifice / N—as want the perks without doin’ all the work / It don’t stop.”

Meghan Trainor may be busy prepping for the Fall kickoff of her forthcoming ‘Timeless Tour‘ (designed to support of her June 14-released ‘Timeless‘ album), but that hasn’t stopped the Pop diva from lending her hitmaking pen to crank out hits for others.
Having just lent her talents to the Paul Russell-led ‘Slippin‘ earlier this month, Trainor follows by tag-teaming with singer-socialite Paris Hilton for her new song ‘Chasin.’
“What are you so afraid of? / Wasn’t I good to you? / Don’t I deserve the truth? I’m just sayin’ / What are you afraid of? / I would’ve died for you / Now I’m sayin’ goodbye to you / ‘Cause I’m done chasin’ your love,” Paris sings on the Jesse Shatkin-produced tune.
Serving as the second single from Hilton’s highly anticipated forthcoming album ‘Infinite Icon‘ (executive produced by Sia and due on digital shelves September 6), ‘Chasin’ follows the LP’s Rina Sawayama-assisted lead single ‘I’m Free.’
“Meghan’s writing paved the way for me to bring life to this track that represents self-love and confidence, and I am so happy we get to duet and call each other sisters!,” Hilton said about the new tune penned by Trainor, Ryan Trainor, Zacharie Raymond, and Yannick Rastogi.
