Renowned filmmaker Antoine Fuqua directs the eagerly anticipated project, which sees the King of Pop’s nephew Jaafar Jackson star in the titular role.
Promising a raw and unvarnished look into the layered life of the biggest artist in music history and will leave no stone unturned.
Released by Lionsgate in the US, the film’s release is powered by Universal Pictures internationally.
Produced by ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ maestro Graham King, ‘Michael’ also stars Nia Long, Laura Harrier, Juliano Krue Valdi, with Miles Teller and Colman Domingo.

Set to Moonwalk into theaters on April 24, the eagerly anticipated blockbuster will spotlight the legendary life of the one and only King of Pop.
Directed by Antoine Fuqua, the film promises to deliver a raw and unvarnished look into the colossal and, at times, complex story of MJ.
Led by the icon’s nephew Jafaar Jackson in the titular role, ‘Michael’ boasts an all-star cast including Nia Long (as matriarch Katherine Jackson), Colman Domingo (as Joseph Jackson), Larenz Tate (as Berry Gordy), and Derek Luke (as Johnnie Cochran).
