Tems sprung a surprise on her fans worldwide today (November 21) with the release of her new EP, ‘Love Is A Kingdom.’
Unwrapped sans any forewarning, the seven-track set was largely self-produced by the Nigerian supernova alongside collaborators such as GuiltyBeatz, AOD, and LONDON.
The project is touted as exploring themes of power, pain, surrender, and growth within self. A sonic exploration of love in all its colors and textures.
‘Love Is A Kingdom’ arrives on the heels of Tems’ GRAMMY 2025 win for ‘Love Me JeJe’ (Best African Music Performance) and her recent chart success with UK rapper Dave on their hit single ‘Raindance.’
To toast the release, the songbird has also hatched the visualizer for the track ‘Big Daddy.’

The release of ‘Destinée‘ comes after Aya made history by announcing three massive live dates at Paris’ Stade de France on May 29, 30 & 31, 2026. With the shows, which instantly sold out, the 30-year-old became the youngest artist in history to perform three consecutive nights to the stadium’s full capacity (240,000 tickets).
Speaking on her latest effort, Aya gushed:
