Before Katy Perry officially lifted the lid on news of her July 11-due comeback single, ‘Woman’s World,’ the rumor mill had already beat her to the punch by flooding social media for weeks with reports the new tune would feature the accompaniment of Madonna.

And while Perry’s official announcement (which dropped on June 18) didn’t suggest her new song will be a duet, Katy fans (affectionately called #KatyCats) still believe there’s a chance the Queen of Pop will be gracing it with her royal presence.

Perrie Edwards showcased her powerful pipes at the Capital FM Summertime Ball 2024.

Wowing at the Wembley Stadium extravaganza, the Little Mix star shone with a collection of gems known and new.

Indeed, she delivered a potent showing of her debut solo single ‘Forget About Us’ and teased its follow-up ‘Tears.’

Edwards sparkled most, though, with a melismatic rendition of  Whitney Houston‘s classic ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody.’

Ice Spice is revving up the buzz machine for her debut album ‘Y2K.’

Set for release on July 26, the set is preceded by singles ‘Think U The Sh*t (Fart)’ and ‘Gimmie A Light,’ the LP has been previewed anew by way of a fresh teaser.

The snippet lands on the heels of Ice Spice being announced as one of the latest performers to join the lineup at the BET Awards 2024.

The Braxtons are returning to WE tv for an all-new reality show, aptly christened ‘The Braxtons.’

Serving as the follow-up to the collective’s beloved hit series ‘Braxton Family Values,’ the next chapter of the story will once again follow the lives of legend Toni Braxton and her iconic sisters Tamar Braxton, Trina Braxton, and Towanda Braxton. Matriarch Evelyn Braxton will also be in the mix.

Continuing where the preceding series left off, the show reunites the family in the wake of the passing of sister Traci Braxton and spotlights their bond and individual lives in the here and now.

As relates to the latter, folk will see Toni readying her Las Vegas residency, Tamar navigating her various ventures, Trina exploring her culinary passion, and Towanda juggling motherhood and film producing.
