Friday (August 8) brought with it the release of Craig David‘s highly anticipated eighth studio album ‘Commitment.’

Led to Billboard 200 chart battle by its singles ‘In Your Hands,’ ‘SOS,’ ‘Wake Up,’ the JoJo-assisted ‘In It with You,’ and its Tiwa Savage-assisted title track, Craig gave music lovers one last taste of the LP’s content before its arrival to digital shelves by dropping the project’s housed tune ‘Rain.’

“It’s so much harder looking in your eyes / Whole world might change / As soon we go our separate ways / Blue skies turn grey / Now all I see on my window pane / Is rain, rain,” he croons over Tre Jean-Marie production.

Now, fans can get acquainted with ‘Rain’ courtesy of its official music video as well as the song’s full parent album courtesy of Apple Music and Spotify.

K. Michelle and Tamar Braxton have made headlines for over a decade due to their ongoing feud, but at least one matter they don’t appear to be at odds over is support for New Orleans music royal Big Freedia.

Featured on the Queen of Bounce’s new Gospel album ‘Pressing Forward,’ Braxton and K. lead a star-studded list of guests on the project – a tally that also include superstars like Billy Porter and Dawn Richard across its 14 tracks.

Led to Billboard 200 chart battle by songs ‘Sunday Best‘ (featuring Braxton), ‘Holy Shuffle‘ (featuring Porter), and the unaccompanied ‘Take My Hand,’ ‘Forward’ takes on special meaning for Freedia as it comes as her first project released since the May 2025 death of Devon Hurst – her romantic partner of 20 years.

Loni Love has spoken up and out about Tamar Braxton‘s apology for calling her “big back Cadillac.”

The pair previously starred on ‘The Real’ together, but saw their relationship fracture when Braxton was axed from the show.

In the years that followed, the outspoken reality star hasn’t held back about her dislike for Love. Case in point, her jaw-dropping remarks about the comic back in May on Nene Leakes’ podcast.

Expressing regret, she would eventually apologize.
