Together, the R&B star and the Gospel force united for a potent performance of ‘You Know My Name’ from Cobbs’ album ‘Heart. Passion. Pursuit.’

The showing comes after a testing time for Alsina, who battled back to health following a series of health hardships.

Britney Spears’ fans are taking a hard pass at seeing the ‘Baby One More Time’ singer on the Vegas strip one more time, new reports detail.

Despite gearing up for the kickoff of the ‘Sweetener’ world tour Ariana Grande‘s wasting approximately no time moving on to the next era of her career.

Just two months after promising to take time off to “heal” the songstress has released the song ‘Thank U, Next,’ the title track to the follow-up of her last chart-topper, ‘Sweetener’ (which was just released in August 2018).

A 64-year-old music teacher was arrested and locked up after a shocking encounter with an unruly student.

The man in question, who has now been named as Marston Riley, was attempting to teach a class at Maywood alternative high school when he was confronted by the teen.

First hurling a torrent of verbal abuse, the student then stepped to to Riley who snapped in retaliation and beat the unnamed individual to the back of the classroom.

Mahershala Ali‘s union with the ‘True Detective’ story can be expected to yield epic results when its next season kicks off on HBO in 2019.

Here’s a breakdown:

Mahershala portrays a police detective investigating a missing children’s case in 1980 who stumbles upon dangerous information as he searches for the truth. Fast forward to present day and his findings will force him to take a journey to the past to uncover the secrets someone is determined to keep.

This is definitely one we’ll be tuning into.

After visiting Nigeria last month, Retro Rewind’s exploration of world cinema sees us land in Japan…home to the movie ‘Battle Royale.’

Used, as far as some fan see it, to shape the direction of the ‘Hunger Games‘ movies, ‘Battle’ is about a group of unruly high school teens who embark on what they believe will be a fun school trip.

Little did they know that said “trip” would see them forced to fight for their lives on an island ran by a sadistic monster.

Sounds wild doesn’t it?
