Tamar Braxton is back with a new song and a new music video.
Titled ‘Notice Me,’ the song was released in celebration of the singer’s birthday on March 17.
The song is a personal one for Braxton who sings straight from a broken heart.
“Can’t wait for tomorrow, you gon’ learn today / That it is what it is at this point / I hope you wake and realize that I’m one of a kind / If I hold on tight then maybe one day,” she sings.
The video sees Braxton in full glam as she sings in a bedroom, both on a bed and on the floor.

TLC tower tall ’til this day as one of the greatest girl groups of all-time. Yet, while the ladies did venture out solo, their efforts were few and far between.
This week’s From The Vault salutes T-Boz’s brief but sweet swing of the bat with her 1996 single ‘Touch Myself.’
Housed on the soundtrack for the movie ‘Fled’ starring Laurence Fishburne and Stephen Baldwin, the racy track was penned and produced by frequent TLC collaborator Dallas Austin.
Continuing to lyrically embrace the group’s gutsy and unapologetic nature, T-Boz turned up the heat with this super direct self-love anthem.
An ode to administering pleasure to “yourself,” the catchy cut was powered by the star’s trademark rasp and hard-hitting 90s R&B production.
Its simple yet effective video was directed by Bille Woodruff and sees T-Boz aptly dance with herself while interspliced clips of the film are showcased.
A top 40 hit, ‘Touch Myself’ peaked at #40 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also hit #23 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop tally and #3 on the Billboard Hot Dance Music count.
Not a smash, but a rare gem. And one that still shines today.
