Rihanna is ready for a movie moment.

This week brings with it the Stateside release of ‘Ocean’s 8,’ which RiRi stars in alongside Kate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Helena Bonham Carter, and Awkwafina.

To celebrate its arrival, the cast assembled in New York for an elaborate premiere event.

All eyes were on the Bajan belle, who has been interestingly quite low-profile in recent months (sans the promotion for her many entrepreneurial ventures such as Fenty Beauty).

Word on the curb is that the star is hard at work on two new albums, which may explain her relative downtime.

Still, with Ocean’s set to swim into theaters on June 8th, some are wondering whether it also dubs as the official start of Rih season?

Childish Gambino’s latest, ’This is America,’ may have lost its grip atop the Hot 100 this week after leading the tally for two consecutive weeks (click here to read more on that), but the politically charged cut still has much to celebrate.

Rihanna has made it trademark to show up and show out and this evening’s MET Gala saw her live up to said billing.

The 30 year old, who shared co-chair honors this year with Amal Clooney and Donatella Versace, turned heads in a magnetic silver ensemble – embracing the ceremony’s theme of ‘ Heavenly Bodies: Fashion & The Catholic Imagination.’

Other notable names in attendance included Katy Perry, Solange, SZA Childish Gambino, Migos, and more.

Miguel was in good spirits in Washington D.C. hours ago when he flew into The Living Room to party and perform at the ‘Playboy Presents: No Tie Party.’

The ‘War & Leisure’ vocalist enjoyed the company of CNN’s Don Lemon, Kyle Richards of the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ and Hassan Piker at the star-kissed event and rocked revellers with a brilliant performance.

Zayn is in the studio piecing together his second studio album – the follow-up to 2016’s ‘Mind Of Mine.’

Of the One Directio-ers, the 25-year-old solo’s output has skewed the most Urban – a trajectory that looks set to continue having tapped Timbaland for the hotly anticipated set.

Continuing to play in the R&B space, Zayn put his own spin on August Alsina‘s ‘Don’t Matter’ and spun it into a collaboration.,

And though he says it wasn’t intended to come out, he’s released it for free after it surfaced online.
