With Mike Will on production, Nicki joins the duo to build what can only be described as club-ready single, set to generate attention for their forthcoming album ‘Sremmlife’, due out on January 6th 2015.

At the top of October international superstar Ed Sheeran welcomed a slew of certification upgrades from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) including a 16x Platinum plaque for his 2014 megahit ‘Thinking Out Loud.’

The award toasts sales equivalence of 16 million in the United States.

Making it the highest-certified hit in the 71-year history of the RIAA at the time, the ascent to 16x Platinum saw it snatch the honor from the previous titleholder – Drake‘s 2018 ‘Scorpion’ hit ‘God’s Plan’ – by just 1 million units.

Just weeks later, however, the Canadian hitmaker welcomed his own slew of certification upgrades including an update to ‘Plan’ that put him squarely beside Sheeran.

After making headlines just last week for serving up a tasty duet with GRAMMY-winning Pop diva Christina Aguilera for Just Eat’s ‘Did Somebody Say‘ campaign, Latto is back to serving up fiery bars – this time as assistant on the Mike WiLL-Made-It tune ‘Different Breed.’

“I came in the game, and then the rest was history / Yeah, baby I been balling / I’m a problem, that’s for sure / If I ain’t on the court, then I ain’t going back and forth,” she spits on the sizzling track.

Co-produced by Mike WiLL and producer extraordinaire Scott Storch, the tune also features Rae Sremmurd star Swae Lee (a frequent collaborator of WiLL’s).

It’s that time of year!

The BET Hip-Hop Awards 2023 are around the corner. As such, nominations for the hotly anticipated ceremony have been unveiled.

Cardi B and 21 Savage jointly lead with a whopping 12 nods each. Drake follows with 9.

Other notable names who scored multiple nominations include Burna Boy and DJ Khaled (7 apiece), J. Cole (6), and Jay-Z, GloRilla, and Coi Leray (all of whom nabbed 5).

This year’s installment of the show takes place in Atlanta, GA on October 3 and airs on October 10 on BET at 9pm ET/PT.

Speaking on the nods, Connie Orlando, EVP Specials, Music Programming & Music Strategy for BET said in a statement:

“This year’s ‘BET Hip Hop Awards will mark the culmination of our year-long celebration of hip hop’s storied creation and the art form’s sonic and cultural expansion. After the Billboard Hot 100 top 10 success of 2022’s ‘I Like You’ with Doja Cat, GRAMMY-nominated Rap star Post Malone is undoubtedly hoping to repeat the feat with ‘Chemical‘ – his first single release of 2023.

Believed to be the inaugural taste of music set to accompany his highly anticipated fifth era, the follow-up to 2022’s chart-topping ‘Twelve Carat Toothache,’ ‘Chemical’ sees Posty get all in his feelings as he works his way through the dissolution of a romantic relationship.

“You break me, then I break my rules/ Last time was the last time too/ It’s f-cked up, I know, but I’m still/ Outside of the party, smokin’ in the car with you,” he spits on the Louis Bell-produced track.

The inaugural installment of Rolling Loud Thailand brought with it blazing sets from many of music’s biggest names.

A three-day extravaganza, the festival took place at Legend Siam in Pattaya City, the premiere edition of the festival in the region saw Cardi B, Chris Brown, and Travis Scott headline with electrifying sets.

Elsewhere on the bill, other stage scorchers included Rick Ross, Fat Joe, Offset, Bia, Rae Sremmurd, and Central Cee.

Miley Cyrus served up a seismic celebration heading into 2023.

The Pop performer returned for another installment of ‘Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party’ on NBC and did not disappoint.

Armed with an impressive hit list of her own, the star shone with renditions of bops such as ‘Party In The USA’ and ‘Midnight Sky.’

True to the show’s format, she was joined by a number of special guests, including co-host Dolly Parton – who she performed ‘Jolene’ and ‘I Will Always Love You’ with.

Cyrus also duetted with Paris Hilton on ‘Stars Are Blind,’ as well as Sia, Rae Sremmurd‘s Swae Lee, and more.
