With the (music) world’s eyes fixated on Nicki Minaj in the run-up to the release of her eagerly awaited ‘Pink Friday’ LP, the charismatic star is giving a glimpse into her world in a new MTV documentary.

Set to air on November 28th, the show chronicles Minaj’s meteoric rise to prominence, the recording process of her debut album, her return to native Trinidad, and much more.

Peep Kelly Rowland posing it up in the studio with hitmaker Jim Jonsin this week, working on her third studio album. The 29 year old  also clocked in recording time with ‘Commander’ writer Rico Love (pictured below).

Having re-recording what appears to be the bulk of her LP, the record now also boasts contributions from the likes of Tricky Stewart & The Dream, Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins, and Ester Dean.
