Fantasia and her family will be returning to the small screen for season 2 of  hit reality show ‘Fantasia For Real’.

VH1 announced today at the Upfront advertisers event, that the new season of the show, which consistently topped ratings during its first run, will follow Fantasia as she continues to work on her third studio album and looks after her family.

Season 2 of ‘Fantasia For Real’ is set to premiere Summer/Fall 2010.

Nicole Scherzinger continues to steal the show on the 10th season of ‘Dancing With The Stars’. The singer and her partner Derek performed the Tango during the 5th week of the competition and received the highest scores of the evening from the judges. Great to see Scherzinger finally getting her chance to shine because she rarely gets any camera time with the Pussycat Dolls…

Lauryn Hill, who is rarely seen at red carpet events, was seen at the Plaza Athenee in New York City where she attended the Tanzania Education Trust New York gala.  The event was hosted by President Jakaya Kikwete of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Jennifer Lopez made a guest appearance on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ last evening. The ‘Louboutins’ performer promoted her new film, ‘The Backup Plan’, which hits theatres on April 23rd. Jennifer Hudson continued to show off her slim physique in Las Vegas last evening. The powerhouse singer attended a taping of ‘ACM Presents: Brooks & Dunn – The Last Rodeo’ special at the MGM Grand Garden Arena where she performed ‘Believe’ in tribute to Brooks and Dunn themselves. The concert will air on May 23rd on CBS.

The-Dream is planning a summer release for his new album, ‘Love King’, which will hit stores on June 22nd. The album is being preceded by the title track first single which has thus far peaked at #26 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and #92 on the Billboard Hot 100. The-Dream’s previous LP, ‘Love vs. Money’, received rave reviews from critics and was ranked at the 8th best album of 2009 by Rolling Stone magazine despite being overlooked at this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony. {Source}
