Jennifer Hudson, Maxwell, and the legendary Stevie Wonder were among the names in the building who teamed up to rock the stage in tribute to Sly Stone.
The music pioneer, who was inducted into the coveted Hall back in 1993 (as part of Sly and the Family Stone), died on June 9, 2025. He was 82.
Together with the likes of Flea, Beck, Questlove, and Leon Thomas, the trio blazed with a stunning version of ‘I Want To Take You Higher.’
