Rihanna Finally Breaks Silence
After nearly two weeks of silence following her assault at the hands of Chris Brown, Rihanna has finally broken her silence – albeit via her publicist:

“At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown. She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time.”

why can’t people let her be long enough to enjoy and celebrate her 21st birthday and even after it’s all said and done…photographers should f*** off and get a life. and stop comparing her to tina turner. Tina in turn beat the s*** outta Ike, Riri didn’t!

Keep Chris Brown ON YOUR BANNER, I STILL BE FAN EVEN IF THE WORLD HATES HIM, EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKE, HE DID WRONG BUT WE DON’T KNOW THE REASON BEHIND HIS ACTIONS, IT EASY TO HATE AND JUDGE BUT I WON’T JUDGE SOMEONE I DON’T ACTUALLY KNOW, UNTIL ALL THE FACTS ARE OUT

I HOPE HE STILL HAVE A CAREER, CALL ME WHATEVER BUT I THINK HE CAN MAKE A CHANGE, I HAVE FAITH, DON’T WASTE HIS LIFE AWAY OVER THIS MISTAKE, HE HAS SO MUCH MORE TO GIVE

I am a woman, but, I do know for a fact that most domestic violence cases start with the woman. It’s just the “way of the law” that the man will be at fault because he’s “stronger” and is the one to leave most of the evidence. Not saying that I condone what happened, never that on either end, but, more facts need to be issued before we all can just assume that Chris just plain out jumped on Rhianna for nothing.

I do pray, however, that whatever happened can be a lesson to them both and to everyone else. You never really know a person completely no matter how long you’ve been together.

chris brown is in the fault here – even if rihanna started it or whatever, chris brown should never have beaten her like that – rihanna cannot defend her against a man who’s beating her down

i used to like CB, not anymore

  16. Anonymous February 23, 2009

people need to stop feeling sorry for her seriously she probaly started the fight and she got her b*** whooped. it is couples brawling everyday and the public gets bent all out of shape about this. get lives people its not ur problem!

  18. Suzanne February 26, 2009

@ Sam, we all know that you don’t like Rihanna. But please show some human sympathy.
If – God forbid – the same misfortune befalls Beyonce or Brandy would you put up a picture of them looking battered?
I think you should let the drama play out in court and focus on your blog for once.
Your “What’s love got to do with it” comment is totally uncalled for and so not funny.
Domestic violence is not a joke.

I Don’t feel sorry for Rihanna and I ain’t being cruel, she live
