I was making a point that it’s only fans who continue to keep negativity going. It’s strange to me that people who claim to <3 Rihanna always want to bring up Chris Brown and vice-versa. It's like people have an odd obsession with their relationship, rather than truly disliking one or the other.

Rihanna started a verbal argument, not a physical assault. Some CB stans like to assert otherwise because it’s easier to shift blame to Rihanna. The police report that was found at “the smoking gun” in an article entitled “LAPD Details Rihanna Beating”. The same document can be found at TMZ as well.

The police report makes no mention of Rihanna having physically assaulted CB. The Police report says that the only time Rihanna put her hands on Chris was to try to gouge his eyes out in self defense after he put her in a head lock.

But that article offers only rumors and speculation from unnamed sources detailing what Chris Brown’s legal team supposedly wanted after he had been charged with a felony. The only official document that XYZ’s article links to is the one in my first link, which was the document submitted in court when Brown was arraigned.
The fact that CB would later go on to plead out and not fight the charge, only adds more credence to the validity of the police report than whatever misdemeanor/self defense plan that XYZ’s TMZ article said that Brown’s team was going to pursue. In case anyone doubts that the “search warrant” was the actual police report . . .

1.) That Cell Phone Warrant/Police Record was NOT accurate in the telling of the events of that night; as it is NOT HER STATEMENT!

3.)Chris did NOT SLAM Rihanna into a wall!
4.)There was “NO History of violence” by Chris! Mrs. Sawyer, after reading from that Cell Phone Warrant/Police Record asked her: “Was THIS the first-time he did this? Her answer: “Yes, this was the first time!”
…So there you have it, if you listened to HER VERY-OWN words, she debunked, disavowed and make-mockery of what was believed as fact and, mistakenly held as truth, in that Cell Phone Warrant, and I’ll yet-again state: “She didn’t sign it, that’s NOT her statement!”
So if Chris had said, no, this had never happened before – you’d NOT have believed him.
So if Chris had said: “No, I didn’t choke-her-out to the point of her passing out” – You’d not then believed him.
So if Chris had said: “NO, I didn’t SLAM her into a wall” – You’d yet-not still believe a word of any of what HE had to say.
…But you don’t have to, Rihanna’s 20/20 interview was ‘indeed a revelation’, and out of Rihanna’s VERY-OWN mouth you heard HER say that he HAD-NEVER “done this before”; that he HADN’T”slammed her into a wall” and that he DIDN’T choke her to the point of unconsciousness!

So in closing, I just highlighted the most-cogent and easily-verifiable facts that do-indeed reveal that what MOST believe to be the truth, and said events of Feb 8th/09 Chrianna, were-NOT so, and WAS-SAID THAT 20/20 interview by Rihanna herself!

CoverGirl had a vested interest; what I find MOST peculiar and interesting, is the fact that CoverGirl discontinued running her ads when THEY thought she’d have to take the stand and testify, her THEN statement would HAVE to be read in open court. But it was “all-good” when her statement was believed to be that Cell Phone Warrant/Police Record, but when it seemed likely, she was to take the stand, and THEN have to detail her every action(s), as told in her statement, it was THEN that CoverGirl distanced themselves from her – and THEN stopped running her commercials; BUT WHY?
…It is obvious that there was/is something ’bout Rihanna’s actual statement, the one she signed, that is VERY different from that Cell Phone Warrant/Police Record, enough-so, that CoverGirl, with the monies invested, wanted NOTHING to do with Rihanna when said statement was to be read – IN OPEN COURT!

The LAPD submitted that report as evidence when Breezy was arraigned, convicted, and sentenced. Deal with it. The only extra police report is the one you’ve fabricated in your vivid imagination. If there were evidence that would have exonerated Chris or lessened his charged, the defense would’ve been presented in court. Breezy and his legal team didn’t even bother to fight the charge because he was just that guilty.
