R&B heavyweights Chris Brown and Usher made headlines this week after their show-stopping performance at Jamaica’s Sumfest at the weekend. Now the pair look set to make many more, following confirmation that they recorded a duet during their stay in the Caribbean country.

According to Sumfest organiser Johnny Gourzong, Brown and Usher recorded the collaboration over two-days (July 24th-25th) at a Montego Bay recording studio. It marks the first time the one-time rivals would have featured on the same track. {Source}
With Chris Brown increasingly looking set for a commercial comeback (see: BET Awards, ‘Deuces’ reception etc), aligning with Usher (who is enjoying a career resurgence of his own) can only be a good thing, at this point.
Undeniably, two of the industry’s most gifted performers, a collaboration of this magnitude gives way to many a possibility – both musically and visually with any accompanying video. Exciting stuff.

I was there where this picture of Usher and CB was taken. I kept on running into Usher evryday. The whole time I was in Jamaica I was so shy to ask Usher if I can take a picture with him and his body guard was scary looking. Usher finally came up to me and talked to me as he was getting his breakfast. He was very nice and s*** as he was talking to me. I regret being shy to take picture with him. Oh well its was very special that he asked my name and chat with me.
So it is ok for Rihanna to make a record with a serial abuser but you continue to call Chris names. I think you people that are Rih fans are really afraid that once Chris makes his comeback the backlash will be on for Rih she has no talent to rely on and she is on the decline. but hey we shall see

Umm…I heard that this was a rumor soo….I won’t get my hopes up just yet. When I first saw them together in Jamaica I knew the rumors would fly. I figured it wouldn’t be long before people start asking if they are gonna do a record together. Just like when Drake said he was in the studio with Chris, he didn’t say they were working on material just that they were in the studio together. Who knows if they actually came up with anything.
HOWEVER if this was true it would be the best news I’ve heard in a minute!!! Two of my favorite male astist on a track together and then possibly a video! Oh my lawd!! I wouldn’t know what to do with myself! It would be so great for Breezy! I wonder if it is a dance record or more of a ballad. Either way I am sure to love it!
