I actually think that this album may suprise a lot of people, she won’t pull any Taylor Swift numbers (because Taylor Swift is the devil) but I actually think that her album may actually crack the number 1 spot on the US chart.
Prediction: 250 000 units first week.

I think she will sell about 200 to 300K first weeks sales, just my opinion, but you never know because Katy Perry was killing it with the #1 singles this year, and eventhough she had a #1 album, it did not sell that well, but we shall see on 16 Nov.

Riri is so clever with her s***. Everyone says the red hair resembles Ronald McDonald, but she looked like a chic Mrs. Claus at that light ceremony yesterday. Loud may not be an official, Christmas album, but the styling and mood of the album will make it perfect for Holiday decor and parties.

Idk, I think the opposite of everyone else. I think she’ll open BIG with around 300K but it won’t have longevity like GGGB or Rated R because she only has 11 songs. Her album sales usually run off of her singles and since we’ve already heard 3 out of 11 songs, every song on the album can’t be a single. Just my opinion.

I mean Rated R sold a lot more than some number one albums in it’s first week but didn’t get the top spot. I don’t think it’s matter of if she will ever get a number one album but when.

i think she will have her first #1 album and could perhaps sell 225,000-250,000…Nothing spectacular, but I think with two up beat singles and performances on MTV Europe, American Music Awards, The Today Show, and lots of promo and this album will do better than Rated R which had two lead singles that weren’t pop hits. I bought Rated R the first week out and will be doing so again.
@AmazingLee: Rihanna is a singles artist and was never a big album seller. Trust that if she could, Rihanna would have released all songs as singles…GGGB had 7 singles and Rated R had 6 singles…So who knows. These days albums by pop artist don’t really sell too well…Lady Gaga’s last album and Rihanna’s only sold a million.
