The X Factor winner has taken up temporary residence in the US, as she completes work on her hotly anticipated sophomore set. Besides the $5 million deal signed with Epic Records US two years ago, it’s common knowledge that Alex is one of the very best things to come from te X Factor franchise; it’s high time she was showcased as such. I am really not dogging US acts but in terms of who is popular here Rihanna, Alexis Jordan ,J-Lo and Jason derulo they do not have the best voices.It would be great to hear more music from Melanie Fiona, Jill Scott and Fantasia but they do not release over here.

In terms of singing and pulling off a performance credit has to be given to Alexandra because currently in the U.K there is no one else, Adele and Leona dont sing music that is requires a routine and jessie j doesn’t dance.
Alexandra like many other artists maynot make it in America but its not the end of the world, and it doesn’t make them less talented, many American artist dont make it in the U.K and are still successful. The fact she still has a U.S record deal means that they are interested in her and have a plan

Yes TS there are many talented artists in the US, but there is also talented artists in the U.K and wordwide there is enough for all of them.
