The BET Awards 2011 keep getting better. For, in what seems to be a case of saving the best until last, the network have just announced that Beyonce will be performing at their 11th annual show.

Though the 29 year old won’t be physically present at the Los Angeles based event, she will no doubt rock the Shrine Auditorium when she performs live via satellite from Glastonbury in the UK.
The ‘Run The World (Girls)‘ singer joins bandmate Kelly Rowland, Mary J Blige, Chris Brown, and more on the star-studded performance bill. {Source}
Needless to say, the slot will no doubt give a major boast to the release of her ‘4’ LP – which arrives in stores two says later on June 28th.

The only reason QUEENBEY performed AM is bcuz they had to redo da while show bcuz Micheal Jackson had just passed a few days before.

THIS!! That silly ass De Luna fan (really though) don’t ever know what the hell she is talking about! Last year’s BET Awards was like the best they had in years! A huge improvement from that catasthrope in 2009! Bey’s performance back in 09 was long & boring as hell!! ‘Ave Marie’ is a great song but her performance was too long. Then when she started to sing ‘In The Arms of an Angel’ I was just like Ugh!! When is it gonna be over! She didn’t even switch it up she took it directly from her concert set & called a tribute to Michael Jackson.
Oh course Breezy was the highlight last year but they had a lot of great performances last year! Alicia Keys, Monica, Drake & RIck Ross, Diddy Dirty Money. The Prince tribute as well! Plus Queen Latifah was a great host! She was funny but never inappropriate like Jamie Foxx was.
Even though Trey sucked ass it was still entertaining cause of Prince’s side eye! LMAO!! Last year’s show was full of great moments!
I think this year’s might be better though. The performance line up was incredible! I notice a lot of people from last year will be performing again so hopefully they will bring it! Trey better try to make up from last year. He has released a lot of ballad from this album so I’m guessing he is gonna perform ‘Can’t Be Friends’ or ‘Love Faces’. Possibly ‘Unusual’ with Drake. IDK I just hope his vocals are on point this year. *shrugs*

Ikr! I think last year was pretty good. 2009 in my opinion was kind of a mess. The Michael Jackson trbute in 2009 was nice and I know they only had 3 days to put it together but I can’t say the show as a whole was good. 2008 was a good show. I’m hoping they can have a really good show this year and the performers sound like something worth watching(minus Lil Wayne…I like him but I’m not here for him and Drake…and all 500 of the Young Money Crew on stage).

I remember it was the same year Keri Hilson got on stage and performed Knock You Down because it had a reference to Michael Jackson in it she pissed me the f*** off. Yeah it was! That was the year MJ died so the whole show was supposed to be dedicated to him. I think Ne Yo had really good tribute to MJ! He sang Lady in My Life beautifully! He gave like the best performance that night but I think it got over shadowed by the absolute atrocity that was the rest of the show.

IF she once said that she wrote Irreplaceable then she misspoke b/c the way I understand it, she got songwriting credits for that song based on her work on the melody. Anyway I never heard her take credit for writing Irreplaceable’s lyrics but I DID hear her thank Ne-yo for writing the lyrics when she won a BET award for the video. So IF she ever misspoke she clearly publicly corrected herself to clear it up. I guess you perfect people who choose to criticize her never misspoke about anything or misrepresented your role in anything in your life. Well I can admit that I did so before when I was younger and I know for a fact that millions of other non-perfect people have done it before.
