Whilst in the United Kingdom to shoot the video for the single ‘Criminal‘, Pop staple Britney Spears has embarked on a promotional push for her latest LP ‘Femme Fatale‘.
In the space of three days, Ms Spears gave interviews to a number of UK media outlets, including DayBreak, Loose Women, Radio One and This Morning all in a bid to force the so so selling project into higher chart ground.

After all!I thought you’d never post it 😛 She looks and sounds FANTASTIC!!These are her best interviews since 2003.She honestly looked energetic, friendly and sweet and while the questions weren’t very insightful, her answers weren’t rehearsed.She looks like what 2004 Britney would be after normal evolution.She IS Britney again!!
OK, some people have irrational expectations from her.It’s ok to have HUGE expectations, but some people really think she can just press a button and go back to how she looked like 8 years ago.Well, she can’t!Sorry…She can be an amazing performer again and she can be a brilliant artist again, but she cannot become a copy+paste of her 2003 self.Noone can do it and noone would want to go BACK instead of forward.Britney is a 30-year old mother with 3 knee injuries under her belt that just gave 4 of her best interviews IN YEARS, so chill.

nice song! the best since her collab with rihanna (which alot of her fans hated).
her interviews show the nice, sweet and sometimes amusing britney from old days. i agree that she hasn’t aged well but the woman’s been through a lot.
however i don’t know about stories about her alledgely having 3 knee injuries. i remember when her ‘oynox’ tour started struggling she cancelled it, citing a knee injury. as much media coverage as she got (or gets) i missed hearing about her suffering from “3 knee injuries”. jennifer lopez who is in her 40’s has had several ankle injuries but is still fierce on the dance floor.
her kindness and personality sparkled through in her interviews; but the snippets of her performances looked disasterous. the dance moves of the 200 lb female host on superstarnova2 put britney’s to shame (maybe it’s me but i think it was kind of a tacky thing to do…it sorta put britney on front street).
britney should take another shot at comedic acting. she really has good timing. her performances in ‘how i met my mother’ and ‘will and grace’ were far better than what she’s able to put out on stage nowadays.
I love you Britney, you’re such a nice and sweet person. It’s nice seeing you loosening up a bit!

i am the someone (as you all know) leaving long essays on britney posts. asap claiming that i leave “i don’t hate britney lines…just to be cool”? if i hated the girl i would say so. what could ya do? so get serious!
the ones that should hate her are all the talented female artists who sell big record numbers and bring their concert audiences the goods. their audiences don’t throw big bucks at them and just hope their performance has improved. the concert stage isn’t a rehearsal ground.
